The qualitative/quantitative research on medical/pharmaceutical issues is performed according to the following stages:

• Sampling from physician databases of various specialties that our company possesses.
• Recruitment of physicians by telephone using recruiting questionnaire (duration ~5 minutes). We determine the physicians that qualify to participate in the next phase of the main interview. During this and the subsequent stage, we stress the strict confidentiality of the process.
• Interviews of the physicians that qualified and accepted to participate in the research. The interviews are usually conducted at the physician's premises, should they agree. The data collection is anonymous and the identity of the physicians is not revealed.
• We perform quality assurance procedures on the 20% of the total interviews by specially trained inspectors, retained by our company.
