Quality controls
“HELLENIC RESEARCH HOUSE” is a member of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research) and of SEDEA (Association of Greek Market & Opinion Research Companies) and thus is bound by their respective code of ethics.
In addition we are an active member of PESS (Quality Control in Data Collection). PESS is the official, established code of ethics watch group of SEDEA, that all members are bound to follow and we are frequently controlled for its adherence.
On top of our strict implementation of the above official local and international codes of ethics, our company HELLENIC RESEARCH HOUSE utilizes a quality control system according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, certified by the internationally acknowledged organization RINA SpA (Member of IQNet).
