This policy explains how we use the personal data we collect through the hrh.gr website. It does not cover taking part in our surveys or our online panel, which have their own privacy notice.
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
- Contact form: your name and email, and optionally your phone, company, topic and the content of your message.
- Technical data: when you visit the website, the server logs your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type (log files).
- Cookies: strictly necessary ones only. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To reply to your message and, if you ask for a quote, to prepare it: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where it concerns a possible cooperation, steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse (log files): our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To load the OpenStreetMap map: only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions based on it.
4. Who has access
Only authorised staff of the company. The website is hosted on a server of [hosting provider name] within the European Union [please confirm], acting as our processor.
If you choose to show the map, your browser connects to the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom, a country covered by an EU adequacy decision), which receives your IP address.
5. How long we keep data
- Contact form messages: up to 12 months, after which they are deleted automatically, unless they are needed for a cooperation that has started.
- Server log files: about 4 weeks.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, email us at info@hrh.gr. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the website's administration and regular software updates.
8. Children
The website is not directed at people under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their data through it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
