Hellenic Research House is one of the few companies in Greece that performs online research. We maintain a panel database that we update and enrich on a daily basis.

Our panel database consists of about 5.000 verified e-mail addresses. We manipulate this panel through specialized software for online research that offers us the ability to choose qualified participants and maintain communication with them via invitations, letters and survey links. Additionally, part of our strategy is to verify personal data and e-mail addresses, in order to avoid false representations, a common problem with internet activities.

The internet platform offers enhanced capabilities, such as:

• survey design, filter definition, question rotation, use of precoded answers and multimedia (graphics, photos, logos) depending on the the research goals, quick tabulation.
• sampling frame selection.
• invitation letters via e-mail for participation in the research.
• reminder letter to participants who did not respond to the initial invitation.
• 24/7 access to the data collection system by the participants.
• real time observation of tha data collected as participants complete the survey.
• processing, analyzing, weighting and presenting the data.
