Field work - Data Collection

Qualitative research of consumers, corporations and special audiences

Some of the basic techniques we use in qualitative research for collecting data, are: projection techniques, role playing, provocation, reframing values, KJ- method, structural analysis, problem reversal, painting, collage, snowball, brainstorming, brain writing, free association etc

The qualitative surveys usually take place in our premises, in a specially designed area that contains two observation rooms (back rooms). The one is equipped with a two way mirror and the other with a closed circuit television.

Quantitative research of consumers, corporations and special audiences

  • Personal interviews based on a structured survey with closed (pre-coded) and open questions.
  • Telephone interviews with structured survey and use of special software to record answers (CATI system: Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews)
  • Internet research. We cooperate with GLOBAL MARKET INSITE (GMI).
  • Mystery visits and survey completion by the researcher after the visit (applies to research for examining adherence to codes of operation in retail chains)
  • Inventories or deliveries checking through filling special forms.
  • Mail research.
